This is the privacy policy for Hello Chat mobile application.

Hello Chat is the property of KWL Apps. We take the privacy of all users of this application very seriously and therefore set out in this privacy policy our position regarding certain privacy matters.

This policy covers all data that is shared by a user with us directly or indirectly via the use of  Hello Chat. This policy been created by the internet marketing experts at Surge Digital on our behalf, and is occasionally updated by us so we suggest you re-review from time to time.

This policy provides an explanation as to what happens to any personal data that you share with us, or that we collect from you either directly or indirectly via the application.

1.1       Your telephone number as it is used as your identification for when using the application.

1.1       Your email address you enter as option, your buddies can find you by email address if they have in their contacts.

1.2       Read your address book or contacts to help find any of your friend(s) using the application, data is transmitted securely to our server for matching purpose ONLY and nothing is stored from the data sent.

1.3       Read your location only for the purpose of when you want to send your location to your buddy.

1.3       Access your device memory to save received media from your buddies or for when attaching files to send to your buddies.

2.         Use of your information

The information that we collect and store relating to you is primarily used to enable the application to perform what is meant for and nothing else.

3.         Storing your personal data

3.1       Data that is provided to us is stored on our secure servers. Messages transmitted via our application are encrypted to ensure your privacy.

3.2       The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and the transmission of such data is entirely at your own risk.
